it offers an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and multi-channel television. there's kitchen, so you can cook breakfast freely. staff are very nice people.

We had a great stay in Perth adjacent to the centre on a lovely street, the center of Perth with the bonus of parking, and restaurants and shops. Host treated us very well. Location was great — at a walking distance from Perth Museum and Art Gallery.

The entrance to the building from the car park is in need of repair and doesn't match up to the lovely interior of the flat.

Inadequate door security

I recently stayed at this centrally located flat for a gig at the Perth Concert Hall. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and there were plenty of towels available. The kitchen was well-appointed, although I only used the kettle, mugs, and wine glasses. The on-site parking was a real bonus, even though the lane to it was narrow. it was a modern, bright, and clean space that provided a peaceful night's sleep.

I do recommend this hotel.
